You’ve got the Whole World in your Hands: The Life Line

You’ve got the Whole World in your Hands:
Palmistry: The Life Line
“You’re never going to be able to read for yourself,” my grandmother told me when I was young, “but there’s a way around everything.”

It turns out palmistry was one tool she was talking about psychics can use to “read” themselves.Tarot, astrology, and numerology are other tools among many, but palmistry offered me the quickest route to understanding a few things about myself.

You can learn palmistry, too.

While it’s true the art of palmistry is complex – I certainly haven’t learned all there is to know – it’s also a quick guideline you can use not just to read yourself, but to look at others in a new way, as well. The next time you watch television, note those occasions you see a celebrity flash their palm, and the lines you can see on them which, in time can be counted upon to tell you certain things about said celebrity others might never suspect.

The life line is the longest line in your hand, and the easiest to start with because it is packed with easily understandable information.

What I look for first on a palm is how deep it is; that is, how deep and dark your life line is. This gives me some idea about your physical vitality; the deeper and darker the line, the more physically vital you are, and the more stamina you have. But as with all other things in life, the deeper and darker your life line, the more likely it is you are stubborn, and apt to wanting your own way. Even this, though, isn’t the most negative thing, as such a line can often indicate someone who likes things done right, and is willing to work hard in order to see that they get done well.
There is nothing to be feared if you happen to have a light life line, however. This means you may well get along better with other people, be more creative, and tend to be a bit more delicate; someone who might need to recharge your batteries after spending a great deal of time giving to other people, for example. You might take a bit more time to make a decision than someone with a darker or deeper life line, but this to me doesn’t represent something bad, as sometimes those with darker life lines can make snap decisions that don’t always benefit them. I’ve often found lighter life lines on people who are amazing mediators and who keep their heads in any crisis.

Having said that, it’s also important to remember that every palm is like the iris in your eye: each is unique and sometimes the “rules” don’t apply. This is where being a psychic comes in quite handy. What I don’t “see” in your hand, I can more easily see as a psychic.

As a rule, I don’t look for health or assume a short life line (or no life line at all, which sometimes happens) means something negative when it comes to palms. You shouldn’t either, and for very good reason: your palms don’t account for modern medicine. More than one client has told me about an amateur palmist tell them they would encounter a serious health scare who never had it develop due to regular checkups and taking care of themselves!
